    Love this, caroline! I roll my calves daily with a lacrosse ball and yoga block, but I don’t do my shins unless prompted to. So this video was so fortuitous and super, super helpful! Going to buy the yoga tuneup balls to supplement my lacrosse ball. Xoxo thank you!
