2. FEARLESS FITNESS TIP OF THE WEEK: Step Outside Your Comfort Zone.

~ If you keep doing what you’ve always done, you’ll keep getting what you always got. ~
Do you feel you may be ready to make a positive change in your life?

Sometimes we get stuck in our own comfort zone, afraid of what will happen if we start to make changes however big or small they may be. Sometimes we feel safer knowing that if we keep doing the same things in life we pretty much know what results we will get.

This can relate to anything in life, our job or fitness, family life, social life, open-ness to learn and grow as a person ~ anything really. Einstein famously said that the definition of insanity is the person who keeps doing the same thing over and over again expecting different results… Think about that one…

A lot of what we do in life boils down to our pre conditioned beliefs. Beliefs about what we should or shouldn’t be doing in life, this is where our uncomfortable feelings can arise when it comes to thinking about making positive change and doing something different.

This week I challenge you to take action towards positive change. It’s time to learn, grow, and LIVE life to the fullest! Lets get started…..

3. FEARLESS FITNESS CHALLENGE of the week: “Do One Thing A Day That SCARES You”.

Take some time out today to really think about any changes you would like to make in your life. Get very clear about what you want your future to hold for you. Does it relate to finances, more time freedom, travel, your job, fitness or career situation? Write down specific things about your life you’d like to improve. As you do this exercise really think about stepping outside your own limitations you have set for yourself, step outside your comfort zone. Make a list and use it to guide you towards making small steps towards positive change.

This week I’d like to challenge you to make those small steps – to step outside your comfort zone. Know that it may be uncomfortable, intimidating, and new… but that the end result will be a stronger you. For the next 7 days can you DO ONE THING A DAY THAT SCARES YOU?

I am here to support you in all of your fearless fitness pursuits. Please feel free to share your goals with me – I’ll always be here to CHEER you on! Looking forward to our next workout and all the fearless fitness fun in-between!

Here’s to a great week of new, exciting, challenges! Below are a few fun quotes to inspire you… enjoy!

Caroline

“Change is the essence of life. Be willing to surrender what you are for what you could become.”

“It takes a lot of courage to release the familiar and seemingly secure, to embrace the new. But there is no real security in what is no longer meaningful. There is more security in the adventurous and exciting, for in movement there is life, and in change there is power.”

“If we don’t change, we don’t grow. If we don’t grow, we are not really living.”
