Join Caroline Jordan Fitness for “Healthy Hour”: a community event that brings together energizing workouts, nutritious snacks, fitness fashion, and lifestyle coaching for an experience that will leave you feeling amazing. Get the motivation, inspiration, and support you need to live the healthy life you love. Make a new friend or bond with an old one. This event holds the space to share a meaningful connection through a healthy experience.
This invigorating event involves:
6:45-7:30pm: Body weight bootcamp. A total body exercise class with all of your fitness favorites: squats, pushups, jumping jacks, ab work, and of course… burpees. Dynamic, functional, all-levels, and feel good style circuit workout. Expect to feel energized and endorphinized!
7:30pm-8:00pm: “Training Positive” Lifestyle coaching conversation with Caroline Jordan and Lululemon athletica. Talk about “finding your tribe” and developing/maintaining positive social relationships. Choose to work through a special lululemon core values exercise to support you having meaningful relationships in your life. Get in on the conversation around the “healthy hour” intention of promoting positive community connection.
